My most notable coincidence would have to be this.
I walked into the toilet and thought, "It has been a while since I have had to change the light bulb".
(That was probably the first time I had thought of such a thing.) Then, that night, the light bulb blew.
I am not about to do the maths, but does anyone have a better one?
