    DB...two thoughts:

    (1) If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything

I may be wrong about what I "feel" may happen with ESG, but at least I feel "something". Plus, that feeling may change depending on facts as they present themselves. The right to change when facts change is a given, surely.

    (2) If you're not passionate about something, then you're lukewarm to negative on everything...and passion tends to come forth in the posts and it's not baseless ramping as you and your buddy would have us believe.

I'd rather be with a group who have passion, fire in the belly and a sense of calculated risk than with a group of funeral directors talking about Commonwealth bonds!

Henceforth I suggest we be called the "Passionate Positives" and you guys can be the "Negative Uncle Normans" (Everyone's got an Uncle Norman who is negative and whose favourite expression after the event is "I told you so")

I note that Uncle Norman didn't make the effort to attend yesterdays AGM...at least I didn't see him...though I did see the back of a brown cardigan hoeing into the sangas!

So, interesting times for ESG and there are options. I really don't care who is going to pay me $2.00+ for my shares (or how they do it) and I can wait patiently.
