Have a look at the cryptopia thread, they are a NZ based exchange gone from 30k users to 1mil in just over a month....was run using FTE of 10 they are increasing to 50.
The scale is regional banking platform that would employ 100s to run and has caught the short-sighted by surprise.
The early users are all set it's the new ones having struggles
