The thing is, investors cant have it both ways - cheap energy & high coal prices (using a coal company as an example).
The whole idea of drill baby drill is in one way good for consumers, but not exactly great for producers, as there will be (in theory) a supply gut, hence lower prices, hence lower profits. So, what do people want?
