On Bloomberg this morning Chris Wright, Dept of Energy USA advocated strongly for all fossil fuels in particular Coal which is cheap and reliable. He was at pains to say that they would not be going down the path of Germany which is losing some of its manufacturing due to the high cost of renewables. He emphasised that fossil fuels are key to bringing poorer countries out of poverty
