The share buy back did nothing for the share price 3 years ago. Debt reduction is known to the market, there is no reason why it would suddenly make WHC worth more. Dividends have not increased.
What Trump actions will inadvertently increase WHC market cap by 40%?
Coal prices would need to increase by at least 50% from today's prices. Can you explain how and why that would happen?
