Short positions at 3.5% of the register is a little bit surprising. For some reason there is more conviction to short this than any other time over the past few years. With the time lag of data on shortman, it could be closer to 4% of the register being short now. I can't see any reason for a scramble to cover unless there is an unforeseen coal energy crisis type thing.
I'm gonna punt at a 6c div.
