It's funny, if we forget about Trump for a moment, mining companies are usually a pretty easy investment to work out.

    Take WHC for example.

Mid 2021 - for those watching (admittedly, I was not watching) the coal price began to creep up. You could pick up WHC for $2 a share.
The price mis-match didnt occur for a whole year. Coal prices soared to $350, yet WHC was still only $5 a share. This was the "safe" time to buy.
The first dip in prices late 2022 was an early, but solid sign to sell. (That's what I did).

Forget everything every poster continues to say - Northern hemisphere winter/XXX country blocking coal from XXX./Structural supply deficit. Its funny because we have so called "expert" commodity traders/investors here, and all I heard was "this time is different".

Look at uranium, look at lithium, look at iron ore back in 2022. They're all the same.

Borano, you're clearly a smart man. You use figures to make your decisions, not emotions.
There's a few posters here that want coal to be expensive to piss off the left, for some odd reason. I dont get it.

Then there's the whole Trump thing. I watched a video yesterday of Trumps cabinet meeting, where his team took time to praise him and his magnificent and brilliant ideas - it was actual cringe. Then Trumps directive to go after Tesla protestors (I haven't really paid much attention to this) but according to Pam Bondi, there's 4 suspects facing up to 20 years - but lets pardon the capitol rioters. The whole thing reminded me of a certain Austrian.

Anyway, Trump again backflipped on his tariffs, now chips/computers/phones are exempt from the tariffs? The whole debacle is a massive shit show. Shows how little thought went into "Liberation Day!"
