China banned overnight LNG imports from US. This is a huge deal as the import was in the range of 5Mtonnes per year. There will be more LNG import from Australia, Quatar Malesya. Long term LNG contracts already in place are pretty rigid so they will not be able to raplace those gas tonnes easily. I can see coal demand picking up if they need to push more energy out of the coal power plants. Stay tuned IMO DYOR
