Im not so sure about that. Reads to me as if the orange man is ahead of the curve. Interest rates need to come down to soften the initial blow of tarrifs and then the real economic stimulus begins, not the fake fiat stimulus which so many old folk like Powell seem to be stuck on... because either it's all they know or it's been politically palatable to do so for a generation.
