Personally I think you are giving Trump too much credit here, remember in covid he wanted to have everyone inject bleach and peddled some fake horse medicine, he is still the same guy with the same brain. Now he is using unfair tariffs to try and leverage a "deal" with others , because he believes he is a master of negotiation, but we all know that he only wins negotiations by bluffing others and this time the others hold all the cards and they know it.
