If you don't have a target or price target you can never evaluate a company as being cheap or expensive. Sure this may be partly a relative valuation, but if you are honestly saying price targets are bs, then what the hell are we all doing here? The entire financial industry might as well pack up and go home.
Everyone will have a different view and thats what makes a market. I happen to think WHC is good value here, others will disagree. I also think CBA is ridiculously overpriced here and others will also disagree, but being hyperbolic to make a point, I would buy CBA hand over fist if it hit $10.
My point is, nearly every stock has a level that is appealing to every investor.(ethical or bankruptcy issues aside).
I'll pose the same question to yourself, at price would you consider WHC good value/appealing?
