That'll be the art of the deal. No Russian hydrocarbon exports to US dollar dominated countries, including BRICS. Russia keeps their hydrocarbons for themselves. I struggle to see China border being closed to Russia, but, the others look enforceable. No Russian gas for Europe == US hydrocarbons for Europe.
