Please note that I never said I don't like coal stocks -- I specifically said some might be a good buy, depending on their price. Nearly every solvent company has a share price which is good, bad and neutral buying. To make things simpler for someone such as yourself, my point is that it's possible for the coal price to be low, stay low, yet a share such as WHC to still be a great buy -- depending on its share price.
Please also note that I never said I don't "like" coal -- to the contrary, I specifically said that I believe it is the cheapest form of reliable energy. I've always thought the promises of hydrogen are pie in the sky stuff. Wind and solar have clear problems with intermittence, and if you properly read my threads you will see that my comments clearly stated that I do NOT believe that renewables are cheaper. I am trying to keep things objective and look at world coal/suppy factors.
I appreciate it's not easy losing that money on WHC, especially for someone such as yourself, who I suspect is not that well-off financially, but I'm afraid I will not stop my opinion on that count just to make you feel better. I responded to people making comments that are aimed at my comments, and make no apology for that.
