Yes and China and many others produce oil and particularly gas from coal. coal seam gas produces nearly all the LNG exported from QLD (Fracking) and this means less gas for a hungry World. If electricity not from gas, then swings to coal. Supply and demand basically in balance. Does not take much to upset the balance. Like say 5 million tonnes suddenly withdrawn for a disaster. Or a QLD cyclone of NSW East Coast Low. It will lag unless the traders panic (like always)
