possible I guess but I believe the cash generated from the sale would been value accretive in less tangible ways than sitting around for a higher price i.e. UNV would be in the bag for them.
Or at least be less value destructive that equity raising.

Anyhow, it amazes me that CZA (despite the marked improvement in their key commodity) have not been promoting their projects. Look at the likes of TIG, they have got the communications rattling through.

Perhaps they are busy working on a deal ?? I don't know seems strange they haven't made a peep since July
