I'm being lazy but did the IER give the $ price assumptions for thermal coal? Be interesting to compare to current.
I still think they shot themselves in the foot (CZA) by not just getting the UNV deal done in time. Imagine having to rebid, the administrative side and lead in time wasted in a cash is king environment of mining... not to mention many holders such as myself would not be entertaining a cheap deal at UNV. with the current announcements and uptick in coal prices they are going to have to work even harder to get the likes of UNV, whereas they could have had it in the bag a few months back if they had just cherry picked less and taken the plunge.
Oh well, what's done is done. Hoping they dont' waste our time and money fielding another takeover offer. Would rather someone with deeper pockets and who could get the job done and offer a better price, which I doubt cza could now.
