(There were 10 interested parties looking over the books in January and not one has stumped up any cash...)

if you were looking at buying a 40k car you probably take that long to look at whats around ,test drive ,decide etc
a house 300k longer still .
i know i would want the best my money can buy .

3 months for multi million dollar commitment is nothing .
i'm sure we all would agree that we don't want Afr to jump in blind.
