GNM - i think the issue is mainly around pricing i.e. as they sell their product to its parent COKE NRE who is still their top shareholder. Although its market related, it may not be clear enough to the market.
However with its planned ramp up in production this could easily be >$2 within the next 12-18 months. Latest coverage had a DCF valuation of $1.01.
