I believe Mr Market is perhaps not convinced the company can capitalize on dramatically increased coal prices and convert this into dramatically increased bottom line... money talks, and when a big NPAT, strong cash flows and dividend are announced in late August, maybe then Mr Market will start to value BRL more realistically (and hopefully 'accounting tricks' don't get in the way too much).
