True. The company’s apparent reluctance to provide regular reports on progress (including explanations for delays such as the one you mention) is a significant contributor, I think, to its sluggish share price performance. That said, there’s a lot going for BCB, with significant potential for price appreciation over the next 12-18 months. Transparency and regular reporting will help, not hinder, in that journey.
