I am in the energy business and so I generally know the fundamentals of the Oil and Gas sector.
I own no stocks in any of the recommendations below:
1. BUR Burleson Energy. Will commence a gas drilling programme in the US and have a reasonably good chance of finding small, but commercial, gas reserves. I anticipate this company moving to producer status with positive cash flow in 2007.
2. Anzon AZA have been very weak lately. Their business is sound and people good. Expect to see this company perform over the medium term but all dependent on oil price.
I am not investing in the market at the moment and so do not have any “tips” other than the above that I can truly stand by. Read up about both companies before making any decision to invest.
