A sobering read for anyone who thinks the SML being granted is the end game in our permitting. It has taken 18 months from the time the materials license was granted for the judge to throw out all 11 baseless claims by the environmental group against the granting of the license and still the permit has been set aside pending further Public Comment. It's not a mine but the similaities are very obvious.

The granting of standing to the NRDC's contesting of our licence application will cost us 12 months on the timeline at best. To believe anything else is just naivety.

For what it's worth I don't like it any more than anyone else holding PEN but I'm not wearing blinkers to reality.
