You are correct in your listing of differences and you are correct about Strata's proactive involvement in working with indigenous and environmental groups.

I have no issue with all of that.

However, I think you have missed illiquid's key point. That is, that where uranium mining (conventional or ISR) is in dispute, where petitioners have been successful in gaining legal standing, where the NRC is involved and where the petitioners are determined (with deep pockets) there is likely to be delays.

Illiquid suggested that a 12 monthe delay was a reasonable timeframe to work around. I believe that is a modest and far from pessimistic interpretation of the likely outcome (based not just on the Colarado experience, but the experience elsewhere in the US and, importantly, the gazetted 10-12 month timeline for the Lance Hearing)
