Upmarket - yes, the 'degree of flexibility' was, for most, production sometime between late 2012-early 2013 (once, that is, they had come to the realisation that HQ's target of March 2012 production came to nothing!).
This 'degree of flexibility' was pretty meaningless given the evidence that production was never going to be possible (with or without Fukushima or the GFC) before 2H 2014.
Hence, the on-going debate - irrespective of how boring you or others may have found it.
