Can't rule that out Lethal but I have no evidence until the quarterly is released. My opinion is that, say, the laying of the pipeline was delayed, or, say, a part was delayed, neither translates to a cost blowout. Is there more to it than that? Only the bully boys can tell you that, they are in possession of that information. I hope they all have self-excluded from trading STX and TPD.
