That is not something I can comment on. It's hypothetically possible, but causes STX reputational damage too. Walyering is just first base for them, to do that is not a particularly good audition for WE and SE. Consider this, if cashflow did become an issue, would you prefer a modest cap raise or gifting 50% of value to STX?
