    I reckon tpd is worth that amount without a stx takeover if Walyering is on stream and Stx is essentially valuing our other projects at zero. Good deal for stx (which I hold) but leaves too much on the table for them.

    I'm a no unless the offer is circa 29c (without gurvantes).
