I am pretty confident that if you look at the commentary around the last capital raise one of the reasons was to prepay (at a large discount) for procurement items for Walyering.
There is possibly more expenditure for Walyering post 1 July, but I doubt it is much.
Don't forget the $6 mil line of credit statements came from SN.....he tells porkies and we all discovered with his Fin Review leaks.
