It's an either/or. Use cash for A, use credit for B. Use credit for A, use cash for B. Same same but different. TMK is absolutely a look through for our exposure to expense. I said "capped" at under $2M. We are dance partners, one can't move forward without the other. If TMK need to raise to fund next phase of Gurvantes, then we may too if Walyering receipts are delayed.
