wot, My understanding was that, if the deal was done. STX would take over all of the TPD assets, except Mongolia.
TPD would retain Mongolia but with no money to run it. The 6m was to allow TPD to continue on with Mongolia or to sell it at some time. It would seem to me that, having come this far, a good gamble would be to see whether the desorbtion works before they put it on the market.
