But yeh as you can see its pretty messy without TPD separating the business into 2 distinct entities and TPD was playing hard by not accepting less STX shares in the first place with the first 0.45 offer rejected and pretty much want 0.48. No reason for STX to give up a royalty to Walyerling when TPD want 0.48 for it.
The true issue is with Mongolia is that TPD believes that STX will get their 6 million back by way of share's in this entity or someone else takeing over of the new mongolia entity and believes its worth a bit when it lists on market. STX believes it's not worth anything and won't see their 6 million debt back.
