    The true issue is spinning off Mongolia will cost a bomb and STX doesn't want to pay for it. Fair enough, we move on. The Gurvantes strategic review is still a WIP so it's future is clearly undecided. If the timing of STXs offer isn't a match with TPDs current position, so be it.
