    As my old boss used to say I dont understand . this is a great deal for tpd shareholders stx have huge land package in the PB compared to tpd and you keep the chinese stuff no brainer dont be stupid wgo sold out at 36 STX went to 50 do the math ,more than one way to skin a cat GLTA
