I quite like that concept. Casey joins TMK board as our rep and TMK retain access to his expertise. Eliminates the risk of overhang that would be detrimental if we do spin off or share swap. Tough sell for us to the 30%+ of our register that don't rate the project but maybe flow results help soften the blow. Or maybe the 30% are off our register by the time this comes around. I expect our sale to coincide with TMK's Petro partial dilution so our cornerstone helps TMK. Leave some of our proceeds in the bank for TEG JV, EP447, and Condor development. Ticks all the boxes for me.
