So if the end game is a STX takeover by MIN or Hancock, wouldn’t make sense for either of them to takeout TPD so that STX doesn’t get its hands on 100% Walyering cashflow and hence makes STX more vulnerable down the track for a TO attempt.
maybe STX got wind of this at that is why they put in the preemptive bud with an “exclusitivity” clause.
