Got a call just then. Young bloke reiterated the views of the board by suggesting I vote in favour of accepting the 25 million. When he asked my position, I told him that I was voting against it. When he asked what my reasons were, I laid it all out there, in no uncertain terms. Long story short guys, as you all well know, we deserve a better shot at this thing than a junk offer of 25 million. If the government wants us gone, let THEM come out and declare it to the State and the Nation, that NSW is CLOSED for business! If they want to save face, however, then get back to the negotiating table and start talking sense, not cents. If the 25 million is accepted, and the company isn't folded, there is likely to be a mass exodus anyway, thereby rendering the shares worthless for the foreseeable future. After all, who is going to want to buy in and stick around with MEL, regardless of future projects? The result of voting no could be very ugly, but that is the risk we take.

Good luck guys. We will find out soon enough.
