it was mentioned here in previous days that the centro complex on the gold coast was sold for 75 million. if its the same one a close friend of mine that lives on the broadwater knows the real estate it site on is about 7-8 acres.
in which case the land alone is worth more than 75 million....
i'll have a look at the exact dimentions on rp data in the morning..
