cold coast centro 75 mil sale, page-9

From what I heard the Southport centro was going to undergo a major addition in the next few years... it's always 110% busy. Too bad that they had to get rid of it... this one had a fair bit of potential.

I understand though that the negotiations for this sale only took place with very select parties... I assume that CNP were only interested in selling to a passive investor that intended to keep CNP as manager...

Anyone remember the yield it was sold for? I think it was sold on a yield of 6.5%, which isn't too bad...
