I believe many people would argue with the main assumption in your second sentence. The main problem seems to be what they did to make sure they got their performance shares ... I believe I posted about this way back then and it was my last post on this stock... but I should have held in there because I could have made good money! What they appeared to do at the time just seemed very shadyto me( but at least a degree of shadiness would be understandable!... but I was only going on suspicions and not the facts which have come out since.
Also, the banks got in trouble for ripping off customers , whereas here the allegation would be they may have ripped off shareholders!
