no one should really believe that the laws that apply to the banks will be applied to all companies? or TAB for example that had hundreds of AML beaches that cost it $40m yet it kept its gaming license. thinking about it this way is like believing in fairy tales. you're right in arguing that double standards apply but they apply, so nothing you can do about it.
