Yep point agreed - i think they paid something like 8-9X ebitda for Sportech? Happy to be corrected here but that's saying it will take 9 years to pay back without any future growth. - but you buy a company knowing you can grow it and improve profitability so do expect it to pay for itself quicker though but definitely not in 2yrs
