How is placing $5.9M to Chinese investors at 20c a sign of great...

How is placing $5.9M to Chinese investors at 20c a sign of great things to come? Do these guys actually operate within a strategic plan thats longer than 6mths?

Please, someone tell me, why if you had almost $30M of drilling budget would you then raise another $5.9M at these prices when you could focus your efforts on what is likely to bring greater value into the shareprice and THEN raise $20-$50M at much higher prices.

These guys are just so scared of running out of money that they spend all their time trying to add short term value and chase short term monies. They waste their time looking for pennies on the ground.
