I've been in and out of ICN for the past few years. I bought in again recently as I am willing to give management one more chance to secure some sort of deal. I will be selling out after the MOU announcement unless there is some other very positive news to go with it. The way I see it if there is another extension the SP will drop back (further if no deal). If there is good news they still need reserves and that may be a long wait.

I think ICN shows some promise, however there are other plays around where I would prefer to be invested.

This will be a very defining period for the company going forward.
