Hi all ,,,while I was watching our new alp minister for the Hunter Valley yesterday Sun 7/7( which I think was on landline,) he was asked what his thoughts were regarding the future of coal and csg mining in his electorate... his response was the usual polly speak,, eg,, future for all but not at the cost of our 1000 year farming future.. he also mentioned thoroughbred breeding and viticulture, and the thought went through my head that the proprietors of these are people with friends in powerful places also have the wealth /contacts to fund protest groups... I don't recall any protests prior to publicity re Livermore plains pipeline proposal... I would be happy to be corrected but I see no future for mel before the next election ,, indeed I am not investing in the co at all
