are now cooking in the Slow Cooker. I used Dutch creams, cut on mandoline slicer, large brown onion, 2 garlic cloves,
powdered garlic as well, and full cream milk with dots of butter everywhere. I heated the milk with the garlic to decrease the cooking time a bit, three it over the layers of potatoes, tomatoes and lots of grated tasty cheese (Mersey Valley, Vintage Original). Turn on to high, you get some crispy bits on top that way. It should be ready for eating by 1.30pm, maybe a tad later. Looking forward to this simple meal......
