well watso has all the ingredients ... having bought a ham off cut (350gram of australian pork for about $2), an onion (onions seem to be expensive these days) .. also bought (rtc) something called rock'n ranchcreamy garlic and parsley(with 1% parsley and 1% garlic).... will probably use the thickened cream that watso has in the freezer - and of course some more garlic and salt.. oh - and obviously potatoes ...mmm and obviously cheese
that will be for watso's next cooking session (just need to find the crock pot) ....
am thinking about doing the same as furpo - first in the slow cooker, then finish in the oven to get some crispy top
