watso was flicking through the channels yesterday, and just caught the last 5 minutes of some cooking show - and the show was about potatoes .. and it seems that potatoes ain't potatoes. some potatoes have more starch, others have less starch; some are called boiling potatoes, others are good for salads blah blah
anyway as watso flicked onto the channel it looked like she was pulling out a tray of scalloped potatoes out of the oven - but from memory she called them au gratin ... lol looks like au gratin and scalloped potatoes are the same
