In countries or areas which have warm climate the rising CO2 and temperature has a different effect that in cool or cold regions.
Which is why Australia and the west coast of America has had unprecedented bush fires.
A warming climate produces less rain and drier fuel for fires.
And less rain for crops and farms.
It is difficult to control fires in those conditions.
Farms cannot grow much or feed for their livestock without much rain.
