Coldest Winter in 40years...., page-10

I'm firmly a believer that the recent (and forecast) solar cycles are going to see a reduction in radiation we receive on Earth, which is going to cause temperature drops globally.

But 1 cold winter here, or a couple in the Northern hemisphere, doesn't refute the AGW theory.

I'm not convinced about the AGW theory either. I simply don't think we know enough about the climate system to make any firm predictions about CO2 levels and future temperatures just yet.

Common sense tells me that changing the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere will have an effect, but how much or for how long?

Nearly all of the AGW alarmist predictions have failed to come to fruition thus far from what I can see.

And glaciers the world over, especially at lower elevations, have been steadily retreating for a very long time ie 1800's onwards since observations were made, so something like a multi centuries long solar cycle is at play imo.
